Simulation Overview:

This product will provide a number of virtual reality users an environment to train with small arms weapons in a multiplayer networked experience. Players navigate a shoot house and train to determine friendly or hostile targets by following the rules of engagement, a preset of rules and standards to operate by. 

An Instructor Operator Station (ISO) allows administrators to view what each player is doing from another station. This use of force training environment will judge the players’ discrimination ability, proficiency, and speed.

Future Updates:

In this current iteration the networking has been removed. In future releases there will be multiplayer networking. It currently plays as a VR standalone for Oculus Quest 2.

Install instructions

Hardware:
The game is developed to work with a linked Oculus Quest and motion controllers.

There is no current method for reloading the level, so to play through again with randomly generated people the game needs to be relaunched.

Controls:

  • Left Analog - Move
  • Left Analog Click-In - Sprint
  • Right Analog - Rotate Camera (or move in place)
  • Bottom Button (either controller) - When holding weapon, ejects magazine
  • Left/Right Grip - Grab Object / Weapon (Jedi Force Pull for pick up items)
  • Left / Right Trigger - Fire Weapon (if holding weapon) / Stabilize Weapon (with off hand)
